InterResolve wins ‘Claims Initiative of the Year’
InterResolve has won the 2006 Claims Initiative of the Year for the Bodily Injury Claims Scheme (BICS) at the prestigious Insurance Times Awards.
Peter Ashdown-Barr, Chief Executive of InterResolve who accepted the accolade at the event, commenting on the Scheme’s success said: “We are delighted to have won this, our first Insurance industry award. This is a wonderful end to our first year of operation and comes at a time when increasing numbers of insurers and captives are buying into the InterResolve system and seeing the potential for further substantial savings in liability exposures.”
“We believe this is the future for claims and we look forward to delivering continued success in this area with a win/win system for claimants, lawyers and insurers.”
Chris Lodge, Chair of LawAlliance welcoming the Award announcement said: “We are seeing significant time and cost savings from using BICS that show this revolutionary approach can have a real impact. This award is a demonstration that InterResolve and LawAlliance are now recognised as a truly new way of managing personal injury claims delivering tangible benefits to all concerned.”
