LawAlliance member firms are committed to offering the highest standard of personal injury claims handling with the needs of the Claimant at the forefront.

Members introduce where possible their own clients into scheme in addition to those referred to them by participating insurers, employers and other organisations via LawAlliance and Inter-Resolve.  No referral fees are paid by LawAlliance members  for such referrals. 

Claims are primarily dealt with on a streamlined and fixed fee basis.

For the time being, LawAlliance is welcoming to its membership any firm of solicitors with a personal injury speciality and which is a member of MASS or has members of APIL or the Law Society’s Personal In jury Panel

There is a joining fee of £400.00 and annual membership fee of £350.00, although has been waived for 2006.  The annual fee becomes payable on the 1^st January of every year but firms joining later in the year will pay a reduced fee on a pro-rata basis.
